SHARE OPTION EXERCISES BY EMPLOYEES
We have today been notified by the Trustee of the Enterprise Oil Employee
Worldwide Benefit Trust, of a transfer out of the trust of 48,869 ordinary
shares in the capital of the company following the exercise of share options
by employees. All of the ordinary shares were sold in the market today.
16,127 shares were sold at 585.75 pence per share, 7,014 were sold at 585
pence per share and the remaining 25,728 shares were sold at a price of 587
pence per share.
The Directors, A R Armour, I G Craig, Sir Graham Hearne, P H Jungels, A B
Shilston and K P Watts, as holders of share options, have a potential interest
in the shares held by the trust.
A B Shilston has today transferred 28,708 ordinary shares of 25p each in the
capital of the company to his wife by way of gift. His interest has
accordingly been reduced.
