                     Appointment of Non Executive Director


Expro International Group PLC, the oilfield services company, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Terry Lazenby as Non-Executive Director. Terry was
appointed to the Board on 3 June 2003, following his 35 year career with bp in a
number of roles and most recently as Chief Engineer (bp engineering) and
Technology Director (bp Exploration).

He is currently Chairman of Portsmouth Water Ltd and UMITEK group Ltd and is a
Non Executive Director of MTL Instruments Group Plc.

Other than the above there is no information, which would require disclosure
under paragraphs 6.F.2 (b) to 6.F.2 (g) and paragraphs 16.4 and 16.5 of the
Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
