Directorate Changes

EnSilica, a leading chip maker of mixed signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated Circuits), announces that Stephen Brindle has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company. Stephen has extensive experience having held a number of senior roles across financial services, capital markets and the technology sector.  

Stephen is currently Non-executive Director at First Light Fusion Ltd and Investor Director at Engitix Ltd. He has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Citi, has been Managing Partner of Technikos LLP, an early-stage venture capital fund, and is a former management consultant with Deloitte. 

The Company also announces the resignation from the Board of Janet Collyer for personal reasons. Following the resignation of Janet, the role of Senior Independent Director will be assumed by Wasim "Woz" Ahmed.

Stephen Brindle, aged 54, is currently a director of Engitix Limited and First Light Fusion Limited and is a partner of Burnahyll LLP. Within the last five years Stephen has been a director of Oxsight Ltd.
