Completion of Proposals
Enition is pleased to announce the completion of the proposals announced on 19
September 2005 ('the Proposals').
The Company is also pleased to announce that as well as the £95,000 committed by
the new investors, the Company has raised £200,000 in a placing at 0.11p per
share.
With the completion ('Completion') of the fundraising and approval at the
extraordinary general meeting of, inter alia, the capital re-organisation,
admission to trading on AIM of the 598,276,503 new ordinary shares of 0.0025p
each issued under the Proposals will take place tomorrow, 21 October 2005.
Under the Proposals, with effect from Completion, Peter Greensmith, John
Stirling and Jason Teichman will be appointed to the board and Anthony Leon and
Adrian Finn will cease to be directors.
