GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading provider of B2B and B2C services to the online gaming and sports betting markets, announces that it was informed on 22 June 2012 that on 19 June 2012, Audley Capital Management Limited sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares of GVC.  As at 22 June 2012, Audley Capital Management Limited is the registered holder of 7,530,911 ordinary shares representing 23.9% of the total voting rights of the Company.
