Notice of EGM

Gaming VC Holdings S.A. (AIM: GVC) announces that it has posted a circular to shareholders to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of the Company for 17 February 2009 to approve the appointment of Grant Thornton Lux Audit S.A. as auditors of the Company in place of KPMG Audit. If approved, the appointment will take effect for the audit of the accounts for the year to 31 December 2008.

In accordance with Luxembourg law, shareholder confirmation will also be sought at the EGM for the appointments of Richard Cooper and Karl Diacono as Directors of the Company, such appointments having been made since the last general meeting of shareholders.
