Notice of Annual Results and Progress on Redomiciliation
Gaming VC Holdings S.A. (AIM: GVC), a leading European online gaming company, announces today that the Company will be releasing its preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December 2009 on Monday, 19 April 2010. An analyst briefing to be given by Kenneth Alexander (Chief Executive Officer) and Richard Cooper (Group Finance Director) will be held at 9.30 a.m. that morning at the offices of Abchurch Communications, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR.
Preparations for the Group's proposed redomiciliation to the Isle of Man are progressing well. The Group will incorporate its 2009 results in an AIM Admission Document for the new Isle of Man holding company which it expects to publish together with a Circular to shareholders seeking approval for the re-domiciliation. Any Special Dividend is likely to be payable during June 2010.
In accordance with the Company's articles, the AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 18 May 2010 at the Company's registered office, 13 - 15 Avenue de la Liberté in Luxembourg.
