                               Q1 2007 KPI Update



Gaming VC, a leading European online casino and poker provider, is pleased to
announce its Q1 KPI update for the three months ended 31 March 2007.



New registrations in Q1 2007 were 37,401 compared to 19,110 in Q1 2006, a 95.7%
increase.  15,288 new depositing customers were recorded in the quarter compared
to 8,543 in Q1 2006, a 79.0% increase.  Revenue in the quarter was €11.7 million
up 11.4% on Q1 2006 revenue of €10.5 million.
