GVC Holdings plc (AIM:GVC), a leading online gaming company, announces that printed copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 were distributed today to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy.  An electronic copy of the GVC Report and Accounts 2010 is available from the Company's website at http://www.gamingvc.com/html/investor/annual_report.asp. 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.30 a.m. on Thursday 5 May 2011 at the Registered Office, Fort Anne, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5PD.
