GVC Holdings PLC (AIM:GVC), a leading provider of B2B and B2C services to the online gaming and sports betting markets, announces that electronic copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and form of proxy are available from the Company's investor relations website at www.gvc-plc.com.  Hard copies of the 2012 Annual Report and Accounts will be mailed separately to shareholders in the next few days.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday 8 May 2013 at The Chambers, 5 Mount Pleasant, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2PU.
