Director Shareholding

The Company received notification on 21 November 2013 that Robin Pinchbeck, Non-Executive Director, acquired on 21 November 2013 19,248 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 51.95p per Ordinary Share.  Following this acquisition, Mr Pinchbeck has an interest in 356,452 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.61 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
