The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mirabaud Securities
Limited as joint broker to the Company.

Neil Ritson, Regal's CEO, commented: 'As Regal continues to press ahead with the
plans for the development of our major Ukrainian production fields and with an
active exploration programme in Romania and Egypt, we are delighted to be able
