The Company was notified on 16 February 2004 by Commerzbank AG ('Commerzbank')
that following a purchase of the Company's ordinary 5p shares ('Ordinary
Shares') on 13 February 2004 Commerzbank has an interest in 10,151,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing over 10 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
