                              Holdings in Company

The Company was notified on 3 May 2005 by The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ('GS
Inc') that they have an interest in 4,584,982 of the Company's ordinary 5p
shares ('Ordinary Shares'), representing 3.56 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified on 3 May 2005 by Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited, ('MSSL') that, following a purchase of the Company's Ordinary Shares
MSSL has an interest in 5,119,851 Ordinary Shares representing 3.98 per cent. of
the issued Ordinary Share capital.

In addition, the Company was notified on 3 May 2005 by Merrill Lynch Investment
Managers Group Limited, ('MLIM') that they have an interest in 18,572,354 of the
Company's Ordinary Shares, representing 14.45 per cent. of the issued Ordinary
Share capital.
