Regal, the AIM-listed oil and gas exploration and production group (symbol: RPT), announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 22 May 2014 at the offices of Citigate Dewe Rogerson, 3^rd Floor, 2 London Wall Buildings, London Wall, London EC2M 5SY.
