                               New Technical Team

Regal Petroleum has continued to build its technical capability with the
recruitment of the following new members to its technical team.

David Mackertich - Exploration and New Ventures Manager
David Mackertich is an explorationist and qualified geologist with over 17 years
of industry experience. Following 3 years as a seismic interpreter with the
British Geological Survey, David spent 13 years with Amerada Hess where his
positions included New Ventures, Exploration and Regional manager roles (S.E
Asia and Middle East) and Staff Geologist roles (UK and Denmark). David has
played a leading role in the discovery of a number of commercial oil fields in
the UK, Denmark and Malaysia. David has spent the last year and a half working
as Vice President of Exploration and New Ventures for Sonoran Energy, a US
listed oil company. In this role he was responsible for securing Sonoran's its
first international operated asset in Jordan.

Rhod Phillips - Senior Petroleum Engineer
Rhod Phillips has 11 years experience in both exploration and development roles
with Amerada Hess. Rhod has extensive experience in both offshore and onshore
projects around the world. He spent the first 5 years of his career in the North
Sea (UK and Denmark) designing and supervising well logging, testing and
completions operations in exploration and development wells. On returning to
London, Rhod worked as a Reservoir Engineer starting with the UK operations
before moving on to international operations in Azerbaijan and Malaysia. His
most recent experience was as the lead Reservoir Engineer for the GEA
rehabilitation and miscible flood project in Algeria.

Lucy Slater - Senior Geophysicist
Lucy Slater is an exploration geophysicist with 10 years experience in both
exploration and development. Lucy started her oil industry career in exploration
with Amerada Hess working in the North Sea (UK and Norway). During this time she
was involved in several commercial hydrocarbon discoveries. Lucy moved to Shell
in 2001 where she worked on integrated reservoir modelling specialist worldwide
projects, including the development of an integrated reservoir modelling
software package. In early 2004, Lucy joined FX Energy where she worked on
developing its exploration portfolio in Poland. During her time with FX Energy
she was involved in a number of exploration discoveries.
