Re-admission to AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market

EPE Special Opportunities Limited (the "Company") (AIM: ESO), announces the re-admission of, and the recommencement of dealings in, the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market, and the commencement of dealings in the in the Company's Depositary Interests in CREST, effective at 8.00 a.m. today (the "Re-admission").

The Re-admission follows the cancellation of admission of the Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market and in CREST at approximately 8.00 a.m. today, and is occurring to complete the steps connected with the migration of the Company's jurisdiction from the Isle of Man to Bermuda (the "Migration").

Defined terms used in the Circular shall have the same meanings when used in this announcement, unless the context otherwise requires.

This announcement follows the previous announcement of the completion of the Migration and the suspension of dealings in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM and the NEX Exchange Growth Market on 13 September 2018.
