Resignation of Director
REACT Energy plc (AIM:REAC), the energy infrastructure developer and operator which focuses on the production of clean energy in the UK and Ireland, announces that Steve Dalton has resigned as a Director of the Company with immediate effect to concentrate on his other business commitments. Mr. Dalton has also given notice of his intention to cease employment with the Company. He will remain in post during his notice period up to 30 September 2014 to ensure continuity.
