Ergomed, a profitable UK-based group dedicated to the provision of specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry and the development of new drugs, announces that on 3 April 2017, Mr Peter George, Chairman of the Company, bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 190p per Share. Following this transaction, Mr Peter George holds 231,250 (0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
