Ergomed, a company focused on providing specialised services to the pharmaceutical industry, announces that on 7 June 2019, Richard Barfield, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 36,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 241.5 pence per Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Richard Barfield's holding in the Company is 36,000 Shares (representing 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital).
