FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 30 JUNE 2023

The Board of Emirates Strategic Investments Company - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. (the "Company") is pleased to release the interim condensed consolidated financial statements for the period ended 30 June 2023.

HIGHLIGHTS

·    Major revenue stream comprised of income from investment properties, dividend income and share of profit from the joint ventures amounting to AED 165.545 million, AED 179.182 million and AED 231.929 million respectively for the period ended 30 June 2023.

·    Profit for the period ended 30 June 2023 amounted to AED 417.7 million.

·    As of 30 June 2023, the Company's total equity was AED 8,981 million.

·    Financial Summary for the reported period is as follows:
