The Westbury Property Fund Limited (the 'Company') to be renamed
Stobart Group Limited
Change of name
The Directors are pleased to announce that arrangements relating to the change
of the Company's name from The Westbury Property Fund Limited to Stobart Group
Limited have been completed. With effect from 8.00 a.m. on 3 October 2007 the
Company's ordinary shares will trade under the code 'STOB' and its income shares
under the code 'STOI'.
Rodney Baker-Bates, Chairman, commented:
'The change of name marks the final stage of the merger of Westbury and Eddie
Stobart. We look forward to the future with confidence as we seek to continue
the growth of Eddie Stobart and create a multi-modal logistics business.'
