essensys plc (AIM:ESYS), the leading global provider of flexible workspace technology, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2022 together with the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and an AGM Proxy Form to its shareholders. Copies of the documents are also available on the Group's website at: https://essensys.tech/investors/company-documents/ .

The 2022 AGM will be held at 9.30 am on Thursday, 1 December 2022 at the offices of essensys at Aldgate Tower, 7th Floor, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8FA.

In addition to the physical AGM, the proceedings of this year's AGM will be broadcast via the Investor Meet Company platform. The AGM broadcast will be of the AGM proceedings only. Shareholders may register for the broadcast at https://www.investormeetcompany.com/essensys-plc/register-investor . Although the broadcast will not be an interactive forum, shareholders are invited to submit questions to the Board on matters to be discussed at the AGM. Questions can be submitted via the Investor Meet Company platform. Information about how to submit questions via email can be found in the Notice of Meeting. Investors who already follow essensys on the Investor Meet Company platform will automatically be invited.
