Ethernity Networks (AIM: ENET.L; OTCMKTS: ENETF), a leading supplier of data processing semiconductor technology for networking appliances, received notification yesterday from New Technology Capital Group, LLC that it holds 74,378,000 voting rights over the Company's ordinary shares which is equivalent to 10.65% of the Company's current issued share capital.
