AGM Statement

                         Eurasia Mining plc ('Eurasia')

The board of Eurasia announces that at the AGM held today all the resolutions 
were duly passed.
Also at the AGM the Company accepted the resignation of Robert Jenkins as
Finance Director and Company Secretary. We would like to express the Board's
great appreciation of the significant contribution that Robert has made to
Eurasia. We wish him every success for the future. We are fortunate, however,
that we will continue to have access to Robert's extensive Russia related
knowledge and investor contacts as well his advice.
