Eurasia Mining PLC - Issue of Equity
Eurasia Mining plc has issued 850,757 new Ordinary Shares 0f 5p at 5p each in
connection with clearing the Convertible Loan due to Framlington Russian
Investment Fund ('FRIF') today. Eurasia has undertaken to place these shares on
FRIF's behalf. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on the 10th December 2003. The
shares will rank pari passu with existing shares in issue.
