Issue of Equity

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notice that existing shareholders are to exercise 1,095,497 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per share (the "Warrant Shares").

Application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 24 December 2010.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 583,358,855 Ordinary Shares.
