Exercise of Warrants

The Company is pleased to announce that it has received notice that existing shareholders are to exercise 5,388,006 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 1p per share (the "Warrant Shares"). 

Application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in these shares are expected to commence on 25 January 2011.

The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the Warrant Shares, will then be 598,733,791 Ordinary Shares.
