Result of Annual General Meeting

Europa Oil & Gas (Holdings) plc, the AIM quoted UK and Ireland focused oil and gas exploration and production company, announces the results of the 2023 Annual General Meeting held earlier today. Four of the resolutions set forth in the Notice convening the meeting (the "Notice") were withdrawn prior to the meeting. The remaining ordinary resolutions set forth in the Notice (the "Ordinary Resolutions"), were passed.

The Ordinary Resolutions were passed on a show of hands.
