Change in Management Arrangements

The Boards of European Assets Trust have been advised by F&C Investment Business Limited that the investment management services provided to the Company have been strengthened by the appointment of Paras Anand (head of European Equities at F&C) as lead investment manager to the Company with full responsibility and accountability to the Boards for all investment matters.  The Boards fully support this change in investment manager.
