European Assets Trust announces that the dividend of Euro 0.296 per share for
May 2007 will be paid on 25 May 2007 to shareholders on the register on 11 May
2007, having an ex-dividend date of 9 May 2007.



Elections for scrip dividends must be received by the Company's administrator,
