ISSUE OF EQUITY

European Assets Trust NV has distributed 8,807 shares to shareholders as scrip dividend. 

The Company's issued ordinary share capital is 33,197,706.

The Company has the ability to issue a further 3,296,680 ordinary shares under its blocklisting facility.

The total number of shares with voting rights in European Assets Trust NV is 33,197,706.
