NOTICE OF CHANGE IN DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

European Metals Holdings Limited ( ASX & AIM: EMH, OTCQX: EMHXY, ERPNF and EMHLF ) ("European Metals" or the "Company") hereby provides notice of a change in Director Shareholding.

As part of a property settlement and pursuant to Orders of the Family Court of Western Australia, stock has been transferred off market as set out in the attached ASX Form 3Y
