                                    DISPOSAL



EMH yesterday disposed of its remaining Mercedes-Benz business, Normand
Eurotrucks, to DaimlerChrysler UK Retail Limited.  The total consideration for
this transaction was £760,000.  The disposal of this business will allow the
Group to concentrate fully on expanding with its three core motor retail
partners: BMW, Premier Automotive Group and the Volkswagen group.
