NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES



European Motor Holdings plc was advised today that J O Hambro Capital
Management Limited, North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Limited
and Oryx International Growth Fund Limited (acting in concert) have increased
their combined notifiable interest to 7,850,000 ordinary shares in the
company, representing 14.59% of the total issued share capital.
