NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
European Motor Holdings plc was advised today that the notifiable interest of
Phillips & Drew Life Limited is now 3,197,330 ordinary shares in the company,
representing 5.95% of the total issued share capital (previously 3,707,030
ordinary shares, representing 6.89%).
