NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES



European Motor Holdings plc ('the Company') has been advised today that,
further to the announcement of notifiable interests for Eaglet Investment
Trust plc and Acorn Income Fund Limited, Unicorn Asset Management Limited has
a notifiable interest in 6,085,001 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing 11.31% of the total issued share capital.  This interest arises
from the status of Unicorn Asset Management Limited as investment manager to
both Eaglet Investment Trust plc and Acorn Income Fund Limited.  Unicorn Asset
Management Limited is not the beneficial owner of the shares.
