NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES


On 17 January 2007 the Company received notification from Inchcape plc
("Inchcape") that Inchcape is the beneficial  owner of 13,184,531 ordinary
shares in the Company.  These shares represent 24.1% of the Company's issued
share capital.

At the same time the Company was informed that Inchcape has received irrevocable
undertakings in relation to the  following shareholdings in the Company:

representing 27.4% of the Company's issued share capital.
