NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

On 19 December 2006 the Company received notification from Inchcape plc
("Inchcape") that it had received irrevocable  undertakings in relation to the
following shareholdings in the Company on 15 December 2006:

Trefick Limited                    7,719,536
UBS AG (London Branch)             5,894,027


The above irrevocable holdings relate to a total of 15,002,819 ordinary shares,
representing 27.4% of the issued share  capital of that class.

The Company was also notified that Inchcape purchased 8,555,097 shares in the
Company on 15 December 2006 which will be  registered in the name of Inchcape. 
These shares represent 15.6% of the issued share capital of that class.
