Director/PDMR Shareholding

Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC (`the Company') received notification
yesterday from Mr A F C Darwall, a director of the Company, that he purchased
50,000 Ordinary shares at 206p per share on 23rd November 2007 and a further 50,000
Ordinary shares at 205.5p per share yesterday.

Following the above purchase he now has an interest in a total of 3,690,013
Ordinary shares representing 4.51% of the total voting rights in the Company of
which 804,320 shares are held on behalf of or in the name of his wife and
children.
