Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Company is pleased to announce that Ron McMillan has been appointed as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.

Ron has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of its Audit Committee since 15 May 2014.

Prior to joining the Company's board of directors, Ron was the Global Finance Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Northern Regional Chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK, and Deputy Chairman of, and Head of Assurance for, PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Middle East, in addition to serving as audit engagement leader for a number of major listed companies.  He is the Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of N Brown Group Plc and SCS Plc, Chairman of the Audit Committee of B&M European Value Retail SA and Chairman of Welcome to Yorkshire.

In addition to chairing the Company's Audit Committee, he is a member of its Remuneration Committee, Nominations Committee and Gaming Compliance Committee.

Commenting on the appointment, the Company's Chairman, Brian Mattingley, said:
