                         DIRECTORS/PDMR SHARE INTERESTS

Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings
plc wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons
discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') in ordinary shares of 888
Holdings plc ('Shares') arising out of the operation of its 888 All-Employee
Share Plan.

On 30 April 2007, awards over Shares in the form of a contingent right to
receive shares ('Awards') were granted under the 888 All-Employee Share Plan to
the following PDMRs, as set out below. The numbers of shares stated are the
maximum available to each PDMR.

These Awards will vest in four equal parts with the first twenty-five percent of
these Awards vesting on the first anniversary of the date of grant with the

the date of grant in each of the subsequent three years.
