Following notifications made in accordance with DR 3.1.4(R)(1)(a), 888 Holdings
plc wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of persons
discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs) in ordinary shares £0.005 each in
the capital of the Company ('Shares') arising out of the operation of its 888
All-Employee Share Plan.


On 10 September 2007, share awards in the form of a contingent right to receive
shares ('Awards') were granted under the 888 All-Employee Share Plan to the
following PDMR, as set out below. The numbers of shares stated are the maximum
available to the PDMR.
