EVS Broadcast Equipment: shareholders approve a total gross dividend of EUR 1.30 per share

EVS Broadcast Equipment SA, the leading provider of live video production systems, today held its Ordinary General Meeting.

Two hundred forty-three shareholders representing 4,301,089 shares, or 31.6% of the company shares, attended physically or by proxy the ordinary general meeting at EVS Head Office.

Here is the detail of the approved resolutions:

  • the remuneration report, the discharge to the Directors and the Auditor
  • the accounts and the appropriation of profits, including a total gross dividend of EUR 1.30 for fiscal year 2016, which implies the payment of a final gross dividend of EUR 0.70 (EUR 0.49 net after payment of withholding tax of 30%, ex-date May 22, 2017, and payment date May 24, 2017);
  • the renewal of the mandate as Director of Freddy Tacheny (2 years);
  • the appointment of 7 Capital sprl (represented by Chantal De Vrieze) as Independent Director for a period of 4 years;
  • the appointment of MMBu (represented by Patricia Langrand) as Independent Director for a period of 4 years;
  • the variable fees of MucH sprl.
