Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Experian Group Limited hereby notifies the
following change in the information set  out in Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2) in
respect of Laurence Danon, a Non-Executive Director:

Ms. Danon has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Rhodia S.A. with
effect from 16 May 2008 (subject to  approval of the shareholders of that
company). Following confirmation of required approvals, it is confirmed that Ms.
Danon has also been appointed to the Board of Lafuma S.A., with effect from 24
January 2008.
