On 26 November 2008, the Company received notification that David Tyler, a director of the Company, sold 8,279 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange on 26 November 2008 at a price of £3.7776 per share. The shares were sold to satisfy the balance of the tax and social security liability arising on the part vesting, on 19 November 2008, of the award granted to Mr Tyler in May 2005 under the GUS Performance Share Plan.
