DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Following the clarification from the FSA on 9 January 2009 regarding the grant of security over shares, the Company is issuing this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).

In August 2007, Mr John Peace, Chairman of the Company, entered into a security arrangement in respect of 632,975 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company. Mr Peace notified the Company of these arrangements at the time and they were approved in accordance with the Model Code.

The Company and Mr Peace took legal advice at the time the security arrangements were entered into and on the basis of that advice the Company was of the belief that the security arrangements did not constitute a notifiable transaction for the purpose of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company is giving this notification in the light of the recent clarification.
