Director/PDMR Shareholdings

18 June 2012 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by directors of the Company.

Share Option Plan

On 18 June 2012, Chris Callero exercised options in respect of the undernoted ordinary shares. The options were granted on the date set out below under the Experian Share Option Plan.

The Company also received notification that Mr Callero sold 236,765 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange on 18 June 2012 at a price of 927.8797p per share.

Co-Investment Plan and Performance Share Plan

On 18 June 2012, awards over ordinary shares which were granted to certain directors in June 2009 under Experian's North America co-investment plan and performance share plan vested. On 18 June 2012, some of the resulting ordinary shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange as follows:

The notifications to the Company on 18 June 2012 were made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
