Director/PDMR Shareholding

1 October 2015 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.

On 1 October 2015, an award over ordinary shares which was granted to Lloyd Pitchford, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, in November 2014 under Experian's Recruitment & Retention Plan vested.

On 1 October 2015, some of the resulting ordinary shares were automatically sold by the Company on the London Stock Exchange to cover Experian's tax and social security obligations as follows:
