Company, acquired an additional 15,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in
the Company. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at a price
of £5.095 per share on 18 September 2007. The notification was received by the
Company on 18 September 2007 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
